Absolutely 100% you say, I love nature, but you are so exhausted and stressed plus you don’t live in a mansion near the beach in LA!
Here’s the message you hear: If you look like this, if you buy your clothes in this shop, do your make-up in this way, get your hair done that way, you too can live this perfect life! Everything on the outside. So you start asking all of your friends for advice, which you then don’t even understand or relate to and then you go home feeling guilty for taking up their time with your problems. Feeling despondent and ignored by your partner, business associates, and adult children. The constant effort leaves you feeling worthless and disappointed.
When you learn to be with yourself and become present with your thoughts. Stop looking on the outside to heal your inside. What does it mean to be present with yourself?
