As a qualified, experienced Mindfulness Meditation and life coach, I also incorporate my 25 years of Celebrity Fashion Styling experience. Together, we will transform your inner purpose and outer image so they perfectly align. Bringing you into the now and changing your lifestyle to suit the improved version of you.
I provide an in-depth exploration of where you are at the moment and a road map to your destination. We explore your lifestyle and identify strategies to enhance your outlook and well-being.
Each session includes a personalised visualisation meditation you can use daily.
The primary goal is to help you develop your practice of mindfulness and learn how to be less stressed and happier.
Mindfulness helps you notice stress, become more aware of triggers, and respond to them more effectively. Through self-awareness, you can seamlessly integrate these practices into your daily life.
The online sessions are accessible from anywhere in the world and provide the support you need at your convenience.
