Showing you how to peel away the layers of conditioning and harsh self-judgment. Highlighting the path and shedding light on what really matters to you. Allowing you to close the gap between the image of what you think others see and who you really are.

People who work with me begin to face what once held them back. Their stress and anxiety levels go down and their confidence and trust in themselves go up.

They stop hiding from their own potential and start living their lives in the present. Piece by piece, they build a life that reflects their core values instead of worrying about their fears and predicting the future.

I have had a very exciting an interesting career in the entertainment business. Firstly as a performer, then as a Fashion and Celebrity stylist.

Travelling the world for shoots and with my clients, styling for TV, red carpets and shows. It has been, highly stressful and challenging, yet rewarding and creative, but at times absolutely exhausting.

What I learnt from this is that people can exist for many years pretending to be someone else, however, it takes its toll eventually and I was becoming one of those people and totally burnt out. To others, I had an exotic, magical exciting, jet set life. However the reality was, hectic fraught with expectation, phoney, pretentious and exhausting.

One day when someone gas lighted me for the last time I said to myself.

“I have to start living in my power and purpose”

This is where my passion for mindfulness life coaching came in. I have practiced Mindfulness and meditation for over 35 years.

In 2019 I decided to put all I have studied and learnt into becoming a certified practitioner, building my online and in-person one-to-one packages and classes.

I know what it’s like to be doing something you are good at but not to be living your truth!

The experience of dealing with so many different types of clients, showing a brave confident face, whilst struggling to hold it all together, has been the best school I could ever have attended. It taught me first hand the absolute core and root of my clients’ issues, as I was living them.

When you build your sense of self on how you look or on what you think others see.

You are wearing a mask

It may feel safer sometimes, but there is often a wide gap between that mask and your inner self. The longer you live trading on your outer image, the wider the gap becomes and the harder it is to feel at ease in your own skin.

The gap is why you have a lack of confidence, why you feel uncomfortable in your own skin, have an anxious mind, why little triggers freak you out, why you don’t feel you have the right to aim for what you really want. This is not your fault, most of the things you have been told are conditioning and have moved you away from your inner self.
