Followed by an engaging, non-judgmental partner activity, which will help you see how your Yes and No have an important effect on your wellbeing and mental strength

Confidence Through Verbal & Body Language

A look at how you carry yourself and project your voice

How to make small adjustments to have a huge impact on how you are perceived by others and build your self-confidence

Lunch

The Colour Session

Most women are wearing the wrong colours, too much black or non-committal neutrals

This matters because the colours you wear create an impression and affect how others see you, they can also affect your energy and mood

The colours worn close to your face can either drain or illuminate your complexion.

Power, confidence and authority can all be achieved by carefully curating your wardrobe colour palette

In this light-hearted, fun session, you will learn how to choose the colours that will boost your confidence and style

Bring your favourite top or scarf.

Stretch & Goodbyes

A gentle wind down stretch to close the day, leaving you calm focused and standing a lot taller

Why This Day Matters

You will learn how to say No easily

Set clear boundaries

This day will help you in all areas of your life

It will improve your relationships with family, friends, loved ones and work colleagues

This retreat highlights the difference between being pulled around by life and shaping life on your own terms
