About my Classes

Join me for one of my weekly in-person 45 or 60-minute mindfulness meditation classes in East Sussex and Kent. In today’s fast-paced world, we all seek ways to relax improve mental—health and physical well-being.

The classes are designed to help you face lifes tough challenges and become more aware. Overcome negative thoughts, learn new ways to reset and de-stress.

Whether you are new to mindfulness practice and stretch or experienced, this is your opportunity to explore transformation, in a welcoming, non-judgmental, friendly environment.

A Guided Meditation Experience

Welcome to my live mindfulness-guided meditation stretch classes. Beginning with a grounding scent, colour experience, mindfulness talk and guided meditation. This class is stress relieving and a way to get to know yourself in a calm and supportive safe space. Some classes include gentle stretching exercises.

Make changes, become more enlightened, heighten your ability to focus and concentrate on being in the NOW. You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated and calm with renewed confidence. Classes are relaxing and non-judgmental and a true connection with others in the group.

Wear comfortable clothing

Please bring a yoga mat

Meditation can be lying or sitting
