Join me for one of my weekly in-person 45 or 60-minute mindfulness meditation classes. In today’s fast-paced world, we all seek ways to relax improve mental—health and physical well-being.

My classes are an experience designed to help you become more aware of your senses and how to stay in the moment. Overcome negative thoughts, learn new ways to reset and de-stress.

Whether you are new to mindfulness practice and stretch or experienced, this is your opportunity to explore transformation in a welcoming, non-judgmental, friendly environment.

A Guided Meditation Experience

Welcome to my live mindfulness-guided meditation stretch classes. Beginning with a grounding scent, colour experience, mindfulness talk and guided meditation. This class is a stress-relieving experience that allows you to get to know yourself in a calm and supportive, safe space.

Make changes, become more enlightened, heighten your ability to focus and concentrate on being in the NOW. You will leave the class feeling rejuvenated and calm with renewed confidence. Classes are relaxing and non-judgmental and there is a true connection with others in the group.

Wear comfortable exercise clothing……Bring a yoga mat……Meditation can be seated or lying.
